
Check out this adorable new Heart Cupcake pan from Willliams-Sonoma. Just in time for valentines day (and some time to test it out!). The shape of the pan creates a sweet cupcake with a "crowned" heart-shaped top. I'm going to try it and post my creation here. (Also, check out the Candy Message Toppers!)

How did your cupcakes turn out. I tried to make them today with two different kinds of batter and neither one worked. Every time I baked them a big ball would form on top of the heart so it was uneven. Then I used less batter and the top of the heart was thin and hard. Please help!

Stephen: Sorry for the late response. I haven't had a chance to use the pans yet. How much batter did you add to each heart cup? I think in order for it to crown in the heart shape, you might have to spread a small amount of batter along the crown.
